Lemax Spooky Town Display - Southwood Garden Centre

Hi everyone!
Happy September! 🍂 Autumn is creeping closer, and with it comes the excitement of Spooky Town preparations. This weekend, our journey took us to Southwood Garden Centre, a place we’ve visited before and always enjoyed. Once again, it didn’t disappoint.
An amazing all-round Spooky Experience
This year, Southwood’s Spooky Town display was a real treat. While not the biggest display we’ve seen, the team made fantastic use of the space available. The result was an eye-catching showcase filled with both new and classic pieces. We loved seeing some of the older buildings alongside fresh releases—they may not be the newest on the shelves, but they still capture that timeless Halloween charm.
Their range of stock was impressive too, with shelves full of Spooky Town goodies at very reasonable prices. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the whole trip an easy, enjoyable experience. We couldn’t resist picking up the A-Maze-Ing Pumpkin Patch, along with a selection of trees, accent pieces, and foliage to bring more atmosphere to our villages. (Reviews for those will be coming soon 🎃).
Beyond Spooky Town, Southwood was already hard at work setting up their Christmas displays. We only managed to sneak a glimpse this time, but even that small peek was enough to see how impressive it’s going to be. The stock looked vast, and we’re certain it will be just as magical as their Halloween section once completed.
For those seeking seasonal decorations beyond Lemax, Southwood also had an abundance of spooky and autumnal décor. From animated props to autumn gonks and plenty of eerie little extras, there’s something to satisfy all your “-ber months” cravings. Honestly, we’d recommend a visit for the decorations alone—they’re that good.

If you’re local enough to make the trip, we highly recommend stopping by Southwood Garden Centre. With their Spooky Town offerings already shining and Christmas on the way, it makes for a fantastic seasonal outing.
Thanks for reading—and as always, may your nights be spooky and your villages delightfully eerie. 🎃
